The candidate had been warned but she felt that at this stage, she could not afford to show the slightest reluctance to face one of the well known hard line inquisitors that seemed to have grown like discordant melodies in the radio waves and like lurking shadows in the TV screens. They seem to specialize in digging into past events in the life of whoever happened to be interviewed, and brutally grilled about any minor event that could be construed in many ways. If the person interviewed had at one time exhibited a preference for Chinese Silk scarves, it was easy for the inquisitor to link such preference to a decided political inclination that spelled an extreme liberal touch and perhaps a bit of admiration for China’s successful Capito-comunistic system.

What’s the most common reason prospects stop communicating with you? They think your going to pressure them. They’re afraid that, even if it’s subtle, we’ll apply pressure to close the sale.
So how do we reassure them we aren’t going to pressure them? By staying focused on the truth of the situation rather than on getting the sale. And by using language that clearly reflects this.
Here are 5 steps to take when your preparing to call prospects that have stopped communicating with you:
1. Get Clear.
Review any notes on past calls and bring yourself up to date regarding the person and the situation
When you sell your home, the process is almost like going to an interview. Selling a home involves the presentation, which was one of the main factors that determine the results. While this may seem a little strange, the presentation is a way of life in the world of real estate. Buyers in today’s market look good presentation many basing their final decisions on this matter.
As I mentioned previously, leverage is important to any real estate investor which means more than likely you are getting a loan. As a lender I want to remind everyone that fraud is a criminal offense (that means you can go to jail) and lenders do not like to lose money.
They will come after you if you don’t pay your mortgage and there is fraud in your loan file. I consistently see honest law abiding citizens play way fast and loose with their loan application. Is it non-owner occupied or owner occupied or it is a second home these are clear distinctions to a lender.
